Yaxing Chemical solely owns the world most advanced CPE production technologies. The main equipment are all imported from Europe, including 40m3 Pfaudler enamel reactors from Germany, Siebtechnic centrifuges from Netherlands and Siemens DCS control system from Germany. The advanced process technologies, world class equipment and precise DCS control ensures CPE with world first class homogeneity, stability and whiteness.
Yaxing Chemical has the best membrane caustic soda plant with Uhde technologies and the best hydrazine hydrate plant and ADC blowing agent plant both with Bayer production technologies.

In 2005, Yaxing Chemical and Yaxing Lotte altogether has the CPE capacity of 110,000t/a, which will be further extended to 170,000t/a in 2007. Today Yasing has become the world biggest CPE producer and supplier and its over 20 types of CPE are used in many fields like plastic and rubber processing. In 2006, the hydrazine hydrate plant of Lanxess Yaxing and the ADC plant of Weipeng Chemical started up both with world leading production capacities.

Yasing has a national level technical center, whose research on chlorinated polymers takes the lead globally. The technical center has nearly a hundred researchers and consists of products lab, rubber application lab, plastic modification lab and testing lab. It is also equipped with world first class test devices and research instruments, including high precision test enamel reactors from Germany, DSC melting heat test device from Switzerland and Haake rheometers from Germany. The technical center has successfully developed over 20 types of new types of chemical materials, 8 of which were authorized with national key new products.
